After being a client of about 10 years and having them draft my will, I cannot recommend this firm. I felt that there was a serious lack of professionalism here. When we came in to sign our will, it was so messed up and not what we had asked for. Important details were left out that had been requested. They then forgot about me and my wife for 7 weeks. We had to finally remind them we existed and that they owed us resolution on our will and trust. Then they tried to bill us to fix the mistakes made in drafting it. This was just a mess and I will never do business with this firm again nor recommend them. Here is some advice: learn how to be accountable and apologize to a longstanding client if they do you the courtesy to tell you about their bad experience.
