Muy molesto con esta gente, mi hermano murió en febrero de 2021, la lápida se pagó por completo en julio de 2021 pero no está en su tumba. Visitas y llamadas repetidas y desinformación. It’s now 9 months later and they still have not put down the right headstone. They do no return calls, I called and text Thor and he lied and text me back saying I’ll call you back but guess what have not heard from him yet and guessing I won’t. I feel like this is a joke to them, they are the ones who ordered the wrong headstone and made the mistake so why can’t they just do right and get this expedited. For the last month they have told my sister it’s on the next delivery well heck that’s how they did me when we first placed it. I’m going to make it my business to find out what government office regulates this cemetery and file a complaint.
