Buenas tardes a todos, solo quiero describir mi experiencia con Jaime y el resto del personal en el cementerio y mausoleo Forest Lawn. Fuimos recomendados por familiares y amigos sobre este cementerio. Recientemente, hace unos 2 meses, perdimos a nuestro sobrino y, sin saber qué hacer, Jaime nos guio a través de los pasos y el papeleo que necesitábamos completar para el entierro de mi sobrino y también explicó los diferentes tipos de precios y qué es más accesible para usted. Jaime también le hace sentir como parte de su familia, estaré más que feliz de recomendar a mis amigos y familiares este cementerio, no solo eso, sino que Jaime también mencionó que cada año celebra el Día de Muertos para todas las personas de habla hispana, así que espero con ansias este año.Good afternoon to all I just want to describe my experience with Jaime and the rest of the staff at forest lawn cemetery & mausoleum we were refer by family and friends about this cemetery. Recently about 2 months now we lost our nephew and not knowing what to do Jamie walk us through the steps and paper work we need it to get done for my nephews burial and also explain the different types of prices whats more affordable for you. Perdí a mi hija hace 2 años y medio y las personas en el cementerio Forest Lawn fueron tan amables y comprensivas. Agradezco especialmente a Jamie y Amy en la oficina por estar siempre ahí y responder pacientemente a las preguntas. I especially appreciate Jamie & Amy in the office for always being there and patiently answering questions. I still visit my Daughter in the Mausoleum each week and am truly grateful for the warmth of the gas fireplace and comfortable furniture while i spend time there. Utilizamos sus servicios desde que mi esposo iba a ser enterrado en el cementerio nacional de Wilamette. No tuvimos quejas. We had no complaints. Joie was extremely professional and made sure he gave me great information on things to take care of in the future. Desearía poder darle a este cementerio cero estrellas. La condición de los terrenos y la falta de respeto que el personal muestra hacia sus seres queridos es una locura. Pasan por encima de sus lápidas con sus tractores, cortacéspedes y vehículos todoterreno sin tener ningún cuidado de que usted tenga flores o cosas en la tumba. Arruinan las flores incluso si están en su jarrón pagado. Si entierran a alguien cerca de su ser querido, arruinan cualquier cosa y todo lo que esté cerca y dejan un desastre ENORME y feo que simplemente dejan para que usted se encargue. Quitan cosas de las tumbas cercanas y, en lugar de tirarlas a la basura, las lanzan por el acantilado en la parte trasera de la propiedad. Lamentamos inmensamente haber enterrado a nuestro ser querido aquí. Se le ha informado a la gerencia varias veces y parecen no importarles en absoluto. ¡Cuidado! Es TERRIBLE y yo absolutamente enterraría a mi ser querido en otro lugar.I wish I could give this cemetery zero stars. The condition of the grounds and the disrespect the staff shows to your loved ones is insane. They run over your stones with their tractors, lawn mowers and ATVs with no care what's so ever that you have flowers or things on the grave. They trash flowers even if they're in your paid for vase. If they burry someone near your loved one they ruin anything and everything near it and make a HUGE ugly mess that they just leave for you to deal with. They'll take things off of near by graves and instead of throwing things away will toss them over the cliff on the back of the property. We regret immensely burying our loved one here. Management has been told multiple times and seem to not care at all. Beware!! Its TERRIBLE and I would absolutely burying my loved one elsewhere.Comentario traducidoVer original
