No solo tardaron 15 meses en entregar la tumba de mi madre desde que la pedimos (con muchísimas dificultades para lograr comunicación con el dueño), sino que fallaron al no poner un velo sobre las tumbas de mi madre y de mi tío, y terminamos teniendo que usar un impermeable improvisado para la revelación de la tumba de mi madre, la cual pospusieron 4 meses al negarse a cumplir con su parte del contrato. We’re not sure what to do to force them to follow through in their promise of Perpetual care that was paid for currently or in the past. All previous years were fine. We just visited 2 other cemeteries and couldn’t believe the difference. Maybe the city needs to take over and collect the money that comes in and have an outside company manage it.
