They handled the service for my father, and from the very first call, they were incredibly kind and patient. We had many questions about the process, the timing, and what to expect, and they answered every single one with clarity and compassion. They made everything so much easier for our family during such a painful moment. They were also very quick and efficient without ever making us feel rushed. Called them on Sunday and was contacted very quickly to set up arrangements for his cremation. I spoke with Vivian and she was very comforting. She gave me her condolences and explained to me how to proceed. Everyone who contacted me from Caring Cremations were wonderful and so respectful of our loss and sadness. I'd recommend them for the way they handled and helped us manage making a very difficult time so much more easier. Caring Cremations was there to help me and relieve that pressure off my shoulders. Everyone was super helpful. I had so many questions and everyone was so nice. My mother passed away from Alzheimers and I was afraid to even see her during the funeral ceremony, imagining that she would look just how she did on the day that she passed. I was afraid that image would haunt me, but instead my mother looked peaceful and almost smiling. The makeup artists did an amazing job, she looked "well" and not "sickly". She was beautiful and I will cherish that day as the last and most beautiful time I got to see my mother.
