Very unprofessional staff, who has been very rude. It took over a month for my mother in law to even be cremated. What little bit of paperwork that has been sent to the life insurance company wasn’t filled out correctly. They are now withholding the death certificate, blaming the delay on the register of deeds but after speaking to the register of deeds, the death certificate has been available and certified for weeks now. They have somehow managed to make the tragedy of my wife losing her mother even more traumatic for her than it already was. Soo was calming, sympathetic, and understanding of how difficult this process can be for someone who just lost a loved one. She did not prey on my grief by trying to sell me useless trinkets like some other funeral homes have done in the past. She was professional and supportive. I had to call back with a question after signing all the paperwork, and Soo was extremely helpful, reminding me that I could call at any time should any other questions arise. I highly recommend this business - we made the drive from Clemmons to come here and I'd make the same decision again.
