My Grandfather (Mr.Rippy) passed unexpectedly, like most, and my Grandmother was having a hard time knowing where to even begin. Robert went above and beyond to make sure things went as smooth as possible for us and helped her with everything(way more than he even had to). All the final wishes were met above expectation. He looked so handsome and at peace. I would highly recommend anyone going through a loss to call them. Very professional and caring. He truly was there for us as if we were his family. I am in awe of how amazing this group of people are. The moment my phone rung and I spoke with Mr. Morgan I knew God had moved and let me be introduced to the people who made planning my mother's funeral a more pleasurable experience. Mr. Morgan was the answer to my prayers. I dreaded the moment I knew I would have to sit inside a funeral to do the arrangements however Mr. Morgan showed sympathy like no other. He never rushed us, he took his precious time with me. He was understanding and he helped out my family in many ways. I will always remember the love and support he showed during the service and the moments during the burial. He talked to us like we were family. His son Caleb was wonderful as well. He stayed by our side til the end. Their kind words and every moment they spent making sure my mother's service was beautiful will never be forgotten. Cuando mi papá falleció, estas personas fueron muy amables y compasivas. Hicieron un trabajo maravilloso preparando a mi papá para que todos pudieran rendirle sus respetos. Mi papá falleció de cáncer que se había metastatizado a varias otras áreas... una de ellas fue su hígado... si no lo saben, cuando su hígado deja de funcionar correctamente, se produce una acumulación de bilirrubina que hace que la piel y los ojos se vuelvan amarillos. Robert logró eliminar todo eso, lo cual fue muy importante porque él no habría querido que la gente lo viera en ese estado. Gracias por eso. Recomiendo mucho sus servicios.When my Daddy passed away these people were very kind and compassionate. They did a wonderful job preparing my Daddy for everyone to pay their respects. My Daddy passed away from cancer that had metastisized to several other areas... one being his liver... if you don't know, when your live stops working properly you get bilirubin build up resulting in the skin and eyes turning yellow. Robert was successful in taking all of that away, which was very important because he would not have wanted people to see him in that state. Thank you for that.
