¡¡¡¡HORRIBLE!!!! ¡¡¡Y quiero decir que es un lugar horrible para trabajar si tu ser querido falleció!!! ¡Cremaron a nuestro ser querido sin que los familiares cercanos siquiera supieran que nuestro ser querido había fallecido! Somos de fuera de la ciudad y fue un gran dolor de cabeza lidiar con ellos. Hicieron todo lo CONTRARIO a lo que pedimos. Y luego, cuando recogimos a nuestro ser querido, simplemente nos entregaron la urna sin verificar nuestras identificaciones ni nada más. ¡¡¡¡Sugeriría mantenerse muy, muy lejos de esta empresa!!!!HORRIBLE!!!! And I mean horrible place to work with if your loved one passed away! They cremated our loved one without next of kin even knowing that our loved one passed away! We are from out of town and it was such a headache to deal with them. They did everything OPPOSITE of what we asked for. And then when we picked up our loved one, they just handed us the vault without checking our ids or anything.
