Our first experience was with the owner assessing hail damage on our roof; after a bad storm in 2016, many of our neighbors needed their roof replaced and Jed came out- after we had had another company assess our roof- and he was frank that we didn’t need a new roof. We also had Dynamic install flashing on our pergola this last year. The crew did what we felt was a good job, and when the owner came to follow up, he wasn’t pleased with an aspect of the job and happily went about teaching his crew what his expectations were. I feel like in both of these experiences the owner had an opportunity to leave a job unfinished, or to gain money for a dishonest job, and he took the high road. My roof was replaced after a hail storm and although the roof was accomplished quickly, they failed to paint a door they had agreed to. The Dynamic Roofing representative that I was working with told me not a pay an invoice that I received for almost $2,000.00. I followed instructions and received two overdue notices, to which, I immediately contacted my representative and he again assured me that he'd taken care of it. Here we are over a year later and I received another invoice with a 5% charge and a requirement to pay or it'll be sent to a collection agency or a lien placed against me.
