Bueno, tuvimos nuestro servicio conmemorativo para nuestra amada madre, abuela y matriarca, fue agridulce. Ella vivió una vida plena y vibrante con un legado fenomenal de hijos, nietos, bisnietos y tatanietos. Fue una gran salida para una gran dama. Sin embargo, fue el apoyo y el cuidado del director funerario lo que hizo que este viaje fuera soportable. Les agradecemos a Smith-Thomas Funeral Services, hicieron un trabajo increíble.Well we had our Memorial Service for our beloved, Mother, Grandmother, Matriarch it was bittersweet. She lived a full vibrant life with a Phenomenal Legacy of Children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great granndchildren. It was a Grand exit for a Grand lady. However it was the support and care of Funeral Director that made this journey bearable. Having a woman Funeral Director was so comforting and soothing the care she extended from beginning to end was outstanding. Our family appreciates Ms Kathy and her team for helping make this journey an event we could be proud and deserving of our Loved one. Ruego a Dios no morir y terminar en esta funeraria... La mujer que contestaba el teléfono nunca tuvo NINGUNA respuesta sobre mi ser querido... me dijo que el director funerario se comunicaría conmigo y, por supuesto, eso nunca sucedió... volví a llamar 5 horas después y ella seguía sin tener respuestas y parecía que no le importaba en absoluto. ¿Para qué tener a una persona viva contestando los teléfonos que responde a cada pregunta con "no lo sé"? Esta es la peor experiencia que he tenido con una funeraria y ¡debería ser investigada! Ahorre su dinero y vaya a otro lugar a menos que disfrute que le den largas y que le estresen además del hecho de que su ser querido acaba de morir. Le daría a este lugar cero estrellas si fuera una opción.I pray to God I never die and and end up in this funeral home..The woman answering the phone never had ANY answers about my loved one.. she told me the funeral director would get back to me and of course that never happened..I called back again 5 hours later and she still had no answers and sounded as if she could care less. Why have a live person answering the phones that answers every question with " I don’t know."? This is the worst experience I have ever had with a funeral home and it should be investigated! Save your money and go elsewhere unless you enjoy being given the run around and stressed out on top of the fact that your loved one has just died.
