We worked specifically with Samantha Webb. She was exceptional. She took such great care of our son and our entire family. Anytime we had questions, she answered immediately even if we repeated ourselves. She helped with everything, right down to being at the service and pitching in where needed. I was immediately impressed with how empathetic and efficient they were in carrying out my every wish, and how personable and sympathetic everyone on the staff were. The Celebration of Life ended up being one of the best I had ever attended in my life, in no small measure due to their professionalism. They were set up incredibly well, and made it a memorable experience for everyone. My personal thanks to Joshua, Amber, Krista, Samantha, and Jack, and to others who's names I missed. Permítanme empezar con el hecho de que nunca dejo reseñas negativas. Si pudiera darle CERO ESTRELLAS a este establecimiento, lo haría. Mi tío falleció hoy y todavía está en el lugar donde falleció en este preciso momento. Mi madre contactó a esta funeraria hace 7 horas para el transporte del cuerpo de nuestro ser querido. Beck's nos ha dado múltiples excusas, nos ha dicho diferentes plazos de tiempo, culpó a mi madre (la cuidadora de mi tío) por no informarles que debían dirigirse hacia allá, nos dijo que estarían aquí en menos de 10 minutos (nunca llegaron), y ahora no responden a ninguno de los números que nos han dado y uno de sus teléfonos para contacto directo incluso ha sido apagado. Ahora estamos tratando de encontrar una funeraria diferente para la recogida porque Beck's no responde y no ha venido. ¿Qué está pasando???!? Esto es realmente cruel, inaceptable y extremadamente indiferente dado que mi tío lleva muerto 12 horas ahora y mi madre está de duelo y agotada y ha estado esperando todo el día a que reciban su cuerpo, y todo lo que hemos obtenido son mentiras y falta de consideración por nuestro ser querido por parte de esta funeraria. My uncle passed away today and is still laying in the spot he passed away in as we speak. My mom contacted this funeral home 7 hours ago for transportation of our loved one's body. Beck's has given us multiple excuses, told us multiple different timeframes, blamed my mom (my uncle's caretaker) for not informing them to head that way, told us they would be here within 10 minutes (never came), and now they will not answer any of the numbers they have given to us and one of their phones for a direct contact has even been turned off. We are now trying to find a different funeral home for pick up because Beck's isn't responding and hasn't come. What is going on???!? This is actually cruel, unacceptable, and extremely uncaring given that my uncle has been dead 12 hours now and my mom is grieving and exhausted and has been waiting all day for his body to be recieved, and all we have gotten is lies and inconsideration for our loved one from this home. It is a completely clear sunny day so no inclement weather to keep them from coming in a timely manner. If this is how they treat their customers for pick up, I don't want to think about how they may treat loved ones remains behind closed doors. Completely unacceptable and I am disgusted. I would not, and will not ever recommend this funeral home. Update: a lady named Colleen just called my mom back and left a message. She said they were working on a transportation team because they had others "stacked in front of you" AND LAUGHED. She said their estimated time of arrival would now be 3 hours from now in between 10 - 10:30 pm. That is 10 hours from when we called and they have lied multiple times about ETA'S and why they haven't shown up or picked up. Their treatment of our family has been absolutely unacceptable and atrocious. Update #2: we called a different funeral home who arrived in an hour. Communicated with us the entire time. Brought us flowers and were kind and empathetic that we just had lost a loved one. They treated our loved one's body with care and respect. The exact opposite of Beck's, and how a funeral home should handle such situations. I still cannot believe how they treated my family in our moment of grief and need.
