La funeraria trató muy bien a mi familia con el fallecimiento de mi padre. Todo el mundo es genial y cuando entras, simplemente se siente como familia. Al intentará conseguirte TODO lo que desees, será honesto contigo sobre los costos/practicidad, te dará un abrazo, te dará referencias para la gestión de bienes y te dará un par de risas necesarias. Me encanta este lugar. Todavía vengo meses después de la cremación de mi padre porque todos en la oficina son muy agradables para hablar y tienen un espíritu reconfortante y acogedor. Recomiendo esta funeraria a TODOS. Además, son excelentes para servicios notariales y seguros de vida y de previsión. Muy recomendados.Funeral home handled my family well with the passing of my father. Everyone is cool and when you walk in, it just feels like family. Al will try to get you EVERYTHING you desire, keep it straight with you on costs/practicality, give you a hug, give you referrals for estate management and give you a couple of needed laughs. I love it here. I still come months after cremating my father because everyone in the office is just cool to talk to and have a comforting, welcoming spirit. Muy muy poco profesional. Tratan a los hombres negros peor que los dueños de esclavos. Te dan un precio y después es un número totalmente diferente. They give you one price and afterwards it's a totally different number. Very unsanitary as far as the seating area is concerned. And after all the services we were rushed out. They assumed my husband's place of work wrong, and told me I did not have to pay anything up front and the insurance would pay. Then when they realized they made a mistake, they called me 2 days before the funeral and said they needed the money now. I was very upset on top of grieving for my husband's passing. Then, because they did not have enough capital to purchase the coffin, etc., they had to borrow the money, and then charged me an extra fee that was not in the amount that they took out of the insurance check. After paying them $12,000.00, they sent me an additional bill 4 months after the funeral. Very unprofessional!! I disputed it because I could not understand why they billed me so late. Mi novio falleció inesperadamente y el Sr. Allen me respetó a mí y a su familia durante nuestro momento difícil. Escuchó no solo a la familia sino también a mí cuando se trataba de su memorial. He usado este servicio en diferentes ocasiones y he recomendado esta funeraria a otros y el resultado fue el mismo que el mío, una calificación de cinco estrellas. Las calificaciones y comentarios negativos son falsos en todos los sentidos de difamar a un negocio porque alguien quiere algo (gratis) que una familia no pidió ni pagó. Y cualquier vez que se está pasando por el momento de la pérdida de un ser querido, la persona en duelo o la familia busca a alguien a quien culpar para superar su pérdida. Aseguraré a todos los lectores que si pidiéramos pruebas de cada situación, estaría dispuesta a apostar que solo la funeraria presentaría sus pruebas de todos los casos y si el caso fuera a un tribunal, ¿por quién sería el lado del tribunal? Nuevamente, gran trabajo funeraria y los respaldo a usted y a su personal al 100%. Gracias DorothyI have used this service on different occassion and have recommend this funeral to other and the out come was the same as mine a five star rating. The negtive ratings and comments are false in all the sense of berating a bussiness because someone wants some thing (for nothing) that a family did not ask or pay for. And any time doing a time of lost of a love one the greving person or family is looking to blame someone to get over their lost. I'll assure all the readers if we were to ask for proof of each situation I'll be willing to bet that only the funeral home would come forth with their evidence of all the cases and if the case went to a court who did the court side for?
