Companah Pet Cremation

Elegí Companah por el proceso que utilizan para la cremación. Mi preciado bebé falleció el 21 de febrero. Cuando hice mi llamada inicial a Companah, estaba muy angustiada, por decir lo menos. Hablé con Sean y no pudo haber sido más amable. Fue muy profesional al explicar el proceso de cremación utilizado. Sean fue tan amable, compasivo y una persona tan cariñosa que, al final de la llamada, me sentí más en paz con mi decisión. Buddy, el mensajero, por así decirlo, nos encontró en el veterinario para recoger a mi preciada Duchess. Literalmente me estaba desmoronando, pero él me dio el tiempo para despedirme de mi bebé. My precious baby passed away February 21. When I made my initial call to Companah I was distraught to say the least. I spoke with Sean and he could not have been kinder. He was very professional in explaining the process of cremation used. Sean was so kind compassionate and such a caring person that at the end of the phone call I felt more at peace with my decision. Buddy, The courier if you will, met us at the vet to pick up my precious Duchess. I was literally falling apart but he gave me the time to say goodbye to my baby. There are no words explain how kind he was that day. Lastly I want to thank Shannon and her husband ( the owners) for helping me choose the memorials for Duchess. The urn is beautiful and has her name engraved on the front. The clay paw prints and the fur clippings are all I have left of her. My heart is still broken but I want Companah And each and every person involved throughout this process to know how much I appreciate your gentleness with my sweet Duchess. My dog passed overnight and after the initial hurt I called a few companies. It was early in the morning and Companah was the only company that answered. The compassion in their voice and professionalism was so comforting. I was provided with clear instructions through phone call and email. All the while still receiving text messages to ensure I understood all that was about to happen. I met them at their business downtown Greensboro and they were very gentle with my PooPoo. I started on a Wednesday and on Friday I received a message that they were complete and I can pick him up when I was ready. Our biggest concern was what to do with her after everything was done. I knew we didn’t want to bury her in the backyard since we would move in the future, so I immediately thought of cremation. I googled where could I get a pet cremated and Companah came up. I spoke with them via chat at first to just ask a few questions, and with their quick, receptive and compassionate responses I felt their company would be the best team to handle Widget. They sent me the paperwork to complete ahead of time and we stayed in contact with them on the day we said goodbye to our beloved dog. When we met with the staff to hand over Widget, she was so compassionate even talking to Widget and gently cradling her like we were. We had widget back 3 days later in a beautiful urn etched with her name. They were so compassionate, so quick and just really went above and beyond. We very unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our cat this week. Companah was at our home within 5 hours to pick him up for transport - Evie was incredibly compassionate (and prompt) as I handed her my boy. Shannon was very gentle and used verbiage in her emails that didn’t trigger any additional grief or negative feelings. The gentleman who I spoke with on the phone when I first called was also incredibly kind and gentle as I explained my situation. I have had an awful week and there’s no end in sight, but I believe my baby’s earthside transition was in great hands.
