El arreglo floral de mi hermano fallecido fue recogido en la floristería de esta empresa y transportado a la iglesia. Una vez que el arreglo llegó a la iglesia, ¡se veía fatal! Envié una foto de cómo se veía el arreglo una vez que llegó a la iglesia y ¡aún no he recibido respuesta a mi mensaje! Estoy muy desconsolada y algo avergonzada por la presentación de las flores. También hice una llamada a la floristería, quienes fueron muy apologéticos y ofrecieron reembolsar la mitad del pago, pero sí dijeron que el transporte desde su negocio hasta la iglesia probablemente fue la causa. 😢My deceased brother's flower arrangement was picked up from the flower shop from this company and transported to the church. Once the arrangement got to the church it looked a mess! I texted a picture of how the arrangement looked once it arrived at the church and no response from my text yet! I am very heartbroken and somewhat embarrassed of the presentation of the flowers.
