Estas damas fueron increíbles durante uno de los días más difíciles imaginables. Not only did they take the time to meet me on a Saturday so that I did not have to sit with my sweet Piper’s body for days, but they gave her (and me) more care and compassion than I could have hoped for. My fur babies are my world, and saying goodbye to my cat of 18 years was unimaginably hard. We picked up Bailey with a lovely box, hair clippings, two beautiful nose prints, and little keepsakes for our sons. From the moment that I was greeted by Lynne and Tiffany, I could feel their gentleness and caring spirit, not only to me but to my dog as well. They drove all the way to Jackson, GA to meet me with my dog after having to suddenly put him down. When we arrived to their facility, they had set up my dog in the most beautiful and peaceful resting place so that I could say goodbye for as long as I needed. Tiffany kept me updated all throughout the process, informing me when every item was ready. When it was time to pick up my dog, they had all of his things laid out so beautifully on display for me to see when I walked in. When I called Petamorphosis, I instantly felt like I made a friend. Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Lynne answered the phone and walked me through everything they offer, and right then I knew I had made the right call. They met with me the same day and guided me through the whole process with compassion. From drop-off to pick-up, they kept me informed and reassured me that my family member was in the right hands. When their work was done, they even stayed late so I could pick him up — and I was blown away by the presentation and the care they put into everything. They’re eco-friendly, people-friendly, and truly understand what it means to honor a loved pet. I’d recommend them to anyone facing the difficult moment of laying a family pet to rest.
