Asistí al funeral de mi futuro suegro el 06/09. Llegué una hora antes para acomodarme. Fui recibido de manera irrespetuosa por un hombre de traje que me dijo que el área en la que estaba era restringida y que no se me permitía entrar. Media hora después, este hombre se dirigió de forma grosera a mi prometido diciéndole que no tenía permitido entrar y que debía darse la vuelta y caminar en la otra dirección. Varias horas más tarde, nuestro hijo estaba de duelo y decidió sentarse en la escalera donde estaba tranquilo. Él también fue recibido de forma grosera por el mismo hombre. Le preguntó qué estaba haciendo allí y cuando nuestro hijo dijo que estaba de duelo por su abuelo, el hombre de traje dijo: ¡No le creo! Este hombre no solo se dirigió a uno de los miembros de la familia en duelo, sino a tres. Nunca recomendaré a nadie que use Lambert Funeral Home.Attended my future Father-In-Laws funeral on 9/06. I arrived 1 hr early to get settled. I was disrespectfully greeted by man in a suit telling me the area I was in was off limits and I want allowed to enter. An half hour later this man rudely addressed my fiancee telling him he was not allowed to enter and he was to turn around and walk the other way. Several hours later our son was grieving and decided to sit in the stairwell where it was quiet. He too was greeted rudely by the same man. He asked what he was doing there and when our son said he was grieving for his grandfather the man in the suit said I don't believe you! No me impresionó... Pasaron a las personas rápido porque había demasiada gente en la fila.
