I had a very simple plan in mind and was not pressured into anything more, which was appreciated. I believe I have all the information I need to let my family know what needs to be done (really nothing!), which is perfect. Cost was what I expected. Learning about how matters would be , handled if I died somewhere else in the world was a big relief for me. Everything is organized and well thought out. The pricing was transparent and in line with what other homes were offering, they had the options our loved one preferred, and the staff was OUTSTANDING. The Funeral Director was kind, compassionate, professional and helped us make the arrangements our family member wanted in terms of vehicle, flowers, and clergy. The clergy member they recommended did a wonderful job and gave a service that was very personalized to our family member. At a restaurant when you go out to eat, you always keep your fork because the best is yet to come.The fork was symbolic for my mother , the best was yet to come. Also Mark did an amazing job he wrote the obituary as I asked him to. Some of my family members didn't like the way I spelled my mother's middle name and.made a stink about it . They Sent an email out on Mark complaining about it but he was only doing what I asked him to do. The staff were so understanding, compassionate and very attentive. We had the whole building which was very nice. You don't have to worry about your children bothering other people.
