Their support was very straight forward and transparent from the initial consultation through every stage of the process including the viewing, cremation, ash delivery and assistance with the death certificate. Their pricing was also significantly more affordable, about 1/3 of the cost of other funeral services without compromising the quality of care. What truly stood out was the heartful attention they brought to every step of the experience. Me puse en contacto con Steve en el otoño en relación con mi hermano, quien estaba terminando su camino con cáncer en etapa 4. Steve fue fantástico guiándome a través de los pasos involucrados. Steve was fantastic in walking me through the steps involved. My brother passed in March and Steve responded quickly to my needs, communicated with my brothers assisted living home and kept in touch with me to make a painful experience go smoothly. He went so far as to honor the quoted price in the fall instead of the increase in cost due to economic changes. That alone deserves 10 stars. Everything he explained to me he followed through to the letter plus. Not a pleasant experience to go through but I would recommend Steve to anyone in need.
