However, when your loved one passes away in the comfort of your home the responsibility of dealing with the initial post mortem also falls to the family. That is where Blair plays a significant role. They are only a phone call away day or night and their response time to arrival at my home was within two hours, giving everyone a chance to say their final good-by. They handled the care of the body with dignity and respect, and they were mindful and respectful toward family and friends. That was my first exposure to the Blair way of handling things and it was just the first step of my journey with them throughout the process of dealing with the remains of the body. All the employees were informative and helpful. I was given a list of important things to take care of and agencies to notify. They gave me confidence that my deceased loved one was in good hands, and I could trust them with the decisions to be made for his body. Caitlin fue muy amable y comprensiva, me ayudó a través de un momento muy oscuro. Surgieron algunas cosas y Caitlin se mantuvo al tanto de ellas hasta que fueron atendidas.
