Skyview Memorial Lawn

Yo también tengo familiares internados en Skyview y también me he sentido molesto y decepcionado por la falta total de cuidado de los terrenos allí durante años. Estuve allí en julio del año pasado, aproximadamente en las mismas fechas que Jessie y Michael. Contraté a un especialista para limpiar y restaurar los marcadores y también para limpiar las parcelas. Ver fotos abajo. Ha habido avances recientes. La Oficina de Cementerios y Funerarias de California (CFB) ha tomado el control del fondo de dotación de Skyview y nombrará a un fiduciario para auditar y hacer recomendaciones. La CFB ha logrado que Skyview entregue su licencia estatal de funcionamiento. También ha emitido una orden de cese y desistimiento contra Skyview, impidiéndole aceptar nuevos negocios. La CFB respondió a mi consulta y me envió información detallada. Hay buenas noticias. Pedí a un familiar que fuera allí para comprobar el estado actual de las cosas. I was there in July last year around the same times that Jessie and Michael were. I had hired a specialist to clean & restore the markers and also to clean up the plots. See pics below. There have been recent developments. The California Cemetery and Funeral Bureau (CFB) has taken over Skyview’s endowment fund and will appoint a trustee to audit and make recommendations. The CFB has gotten Skyview to surrender its State License to operate. It has also issued a Ceast and Desist Order against Skyview preventing it from taking on new business. The CFB had responded to my inquiry.and sent me detailed info. There is good news. I asked a family member to go there to check out the current state of things. Apparently, Skyview had taken major action to clean up and restore the grounds. See attached pics. I figure this was just an effort to persuade the courts to prevent the CFB from taking over their endowment fund. I hope the CFB appointed endowment fund trustee will ensure that the grounds will continued be maintained. No puedo ignorar la horrible condición en la que se encuentra este cementerio. Ya es suficientemente difícil ir a ver a los seres queridos que han fallecido. No le creas a nadie que te diga que este lugar está mejorando.I can’t look past the horrible condition this cemetery is in. It’s hard enough going to see the loved ones who have passed. Then you end up there, gravestones twisting and sinking, are we in a permanent drought? You have to make sure you take your valuables with you, otherwise you risk your vehicle being broken into and belongings stolen. I hate how I feel like I just want to get in and out of there ASAP. Nunca he visto una propiedad en tan mal estado. Tenemos nueve familiares en esta instalación, si pudiera sacarlos a todos, me mudaría a una nueva ubicación. Todo el personal fue extremadamente profesional, he estado en SkyView muchas veces para funerales y para visitar a mis abuelos pero nunca antes había tenido que involucrarme en lo que respecta a los servicios funerarios y los arreglos. This has truly been the hardest saddest and most painful things I've gone through but they got me through. My father was taken care of even after death . I called my husband to make sure I had the right cemetery.He looked it up and it was. I cried my family is in the desert. Dried up site and the place was so disgusting. I would move my family if I could. We paid a lot of money for this place. They are not even watering it anymore. I wish I could sue them. A disgrace to the family and their loved ones.
