Aunque este fue por mucho el momento más triste y deprimente de mi vida, Keith y Alicia me ayudaron a mí y a mi familia a sentirnos tranquilos y nos ayudaron durante todo el proceso. Alicia even went the extra mile to help me with pictures, making sure my husband looked like himself, making time to let us spend time and grieve, gave direction and advice and just offered a shoulder and an ear to cry on and listen. Keith was extremely down to earth and never made us feel like we should buy things we didn’t need.I really appreciated his honesty and help setting everything up. The customer service was beyond great and I will be forever grateful grateful. The only suggestion I have is to do a little renovation to the building. My mom died in a hospital and after I received the phone call I immediately called Huntt. I was immediately connected to a representative who comforted me, took my mother’s details and set up an appointment for the following day. The funeral director asked me what mom wanted. He helped me pick a beautiful urn while another person called the cemetery and retrieved information about my mom’s wishes. Mom had made arrangements to have her ashes placed with my father’s. They helped to get death certificates, have prayer cards printed and getting the burial site prepared. I felt so much better. They arranged the details so that I could inform relatives and grieve.
